: No. Domain transfers only change the administrative registrar—not your DNS settings or nameservers. Your website, email, and all services continue working normally throughout the entire transfer process. There is zero downtime.
: Absolutely not. When you transfer, we add one full year to your existing expiration date. For example, if your domain expires in 6 months, after transfer it will expire in 1 year and 6 months. You keep all your remaining registration time.
: For most gTLDs (.com, .net, .org), transfers complete in 5-7 days. Malaysian domains (.my, .com.my) are often faster—sometimes within 24-48 hours. The timeline depends on how quickly you approve the transfer confirmation email sent to your domain's administrative contact.
