Create Professional Email Addresses
Every Cynet hosting plan includes unlimited email accounts. You can create addresses like [email protected], [email protected], or any name you choose.
Creating an Email Account
- Log in to cPanel
- Navigate to Email → Email Accounts
- Click Create
- Fill in the details:

- Click Create to finish
Accessing Your Email
Option 1: Webmail
Access your email from any browser:
- Go to
https://yourdomain.com/webmail - Log in with your full email address and password
- Choose a webmail client (Roundcube is recommended)
Option 2: Email Client (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.)
Configure your desktop or mobile email app with these settings:
Incoming Mail (IMAP):
- Server:
mail.yourdomain.com - Port: 993
- Security: SSL/TLS
Outgoing Mail (SMTP):
- Server:
mail.yourdomain.com - Port: 465
- Security: SSL/TLS
Tip: Use IMAP instead of POP3 to keep your emails synced across all devices.
Option 3: Mobile
For iPhone or Android:
- Go to Settings → Accounts → Add Account
- Choose "Other" (or IMAP)
- Enter your email address and password
- Use the IMAP/SMTP settings above
Email Forwarders
Forward emails to another address:
- Go to cPanel → Forwarders
- Click Add Forwarder
- Enter the source address and destination
- Click Add Forwarder
Autoresponders
Set up automatic replies (e.g., out-of-office messages):
- Go to cPanel → Autoresponders
- Click Add Autoresponder
- Set the start/stop dates, subject, and body
- Click Create
Troubleshooting
Can't send or receive emails?
- Verify your DNS MX records point to your hosting server
- Check that your mailbox isn't full
- Make sure your email client settings match the ones above
- Try logging in via webmail to rule out client issues
Emails going to spam?
- Set up SPF and DKIM records in your DNS zone
- Avoid sending bulk emails from your hosting account
- Use a consistent "From" name and address
